Branding and website design for therapy practices.
Your website should help someone understand the practice before they contact you. Jaia Studio develops brands and websites for counselling and psychotherapy practices, connecting service information, clinician profiles and the route to an appointment inquiry.
A short inquiry is enough to start. We’ll reply within 48 hours.

Make the whole practice easier to understand.
Adding clinicians or services changes what your website needs to explain. If someone has to contact you just to find out which services are available or how to ask for an appointment, the site is leaving too much for your team to explain personally.
Is this what’s changing?
- You’re adding practitioners, but inquiries still come to you to work out who might be suitable.
- Your services have expanded, while your brand and website still describe an earlier version of the practice.
- You’re opening or relocating and want the online experience to feel as considered as the space.
Help people understand the practice, not just the list of services.
Give services and clinicians a clear relationship.
We organise the site so someone can explore a service or find a particular clinician. The copy explains how those choices relate, without asking visitors to understand your internal team structure first.
Make the identity reflect your approach.
We develop the typography, colour, imagery and supporting artwork around the practice you run. Existing elements worth keeping can remain, with guidance for using the identity across your site and referral materials.
Explain what happens after someone reaches out.
Appointment formats, locations and first-contact information belong where people need them. We plan the inquiry or booking route around your actual process and confirm what your existing tools can support.

Several services. One recognisable practice.
Clarity had grown into a clinic with multiple therapists and services, but its visual identity and messaging needed a more connected direction.
Jaia Studio developed the brand strategy, identity, website copy, custom icons and website. Cambridge’s river, bridges and local architecture informed a warmer visual world, while the site brought counselling and mediation into clearer service paths.

If the website already explains the practice well, the identity may be the focus. If the services, team and first-contact process also need reorganising, a combined brand and website project lets us work through them together.

What we’ll need from you.
Bring your current site, service list, clinician information and any existing brand files. We agree the writing and photography responsibilities before starting, then guide the design and review rounds. Your team confirms the service and appointment details. Please leave identifiable client or patient records out of project materials.

Do you work with psychotherapists, counsellors and group practices?
Yes. This service is for psychotherapy and counselling businesses planning a launch, rebrand or website change. Group practices may need more support organising practitioners, service choices and locations. Solo practitioners can also be a fit when the project scope and investment make sense for their business.
Can we keep parts of our existing branding?
Yes. We review the existing identity before deciding what needs to change. A familiar name, colour or logo may still be useful. The project scope should reflect what the practice needs, rather than assuming every element must be replaced.
Can you connect our appointment or inquiry system?
A booking or inquiry connection can be included in the website scope. Tell us which system the practice uses and what visitors need to do. We review the available integration and confirm its limits before committing to the build.
What do we need to provide?
Your current website and branding, an overview of the practice, approved service information, practitioner details and any relevant photographs. We agree the responsibilities for writing and content before starting. Your team reviews clinical descriptions for accuracy; the project does not include clinical or legal advice.
Will a new website guarantee more inquiries?
No. The work can make your services and first-contact route easier to understand, but inquiries also depend on demand, referrals, availability, pricing and how people discover the practice. We agree what the project should improve and review the finished website against those priorities.
How do we arrange an initial conversation?
Send a short project inquiry with your website, what has changed in the practice and your intended timing. Jaia Studio reviews it and replies within 48 hours. If the project appears suitable, we can arrange a conversation about the scope and questions you have. Submitting the inquiry does not book a calendar slot.
Has your practice outgrown its brand or website?
Share your website, the changes you're planning and your intended timing. We'll review what the practice needs and discuss the scope before you commit to a project.
