A wide-ranging healing practice became easier to understand, book, and grow.
Strategy, visual identity, and a custom Wix website that brought movement, spiritual guidance, events, and products into one connected client experience.

Melinda was already working publicly as a yoga and movement instructor while offering intuitive guidance, events, crystals, and other holistic products. She had years of experience and a clear desire to make this work her full-time focus. Soul Space Yoga already existed as a name, but the business relied largely on Canva materials and word of mouth. There was no complete visual identity, no connected digital home, and no clear hierarchy showing people what Melinda offered or how to begin working with her.
The challenge was not a lack of services. It was helping people understand how yoga, Pilates, trauma-informed movement, spiritual guidance, events, digital products, and physical products belonged within the same business. Jaia Studio helped define the primary audiences, organize the offer hierarchy, and create clearer starting points for different client needs. The tagline “Movement beyond the physical” became the bridge between the physical and spiritual sides of Melinda’s work. Someone looking for movement support did not need to follow the same path as someone searching for an event, reading, crystal, or digital product. The strategy gave each audience a clearer route while keeping every offer connected to one recognizable brand.
The visual identity needed to feel feminine, approachable, distinctive, and easy to understand. It also needed to communicate both embodied movement and spiritual healing without leaning too heavily into conventional fitness or generic metaphysical imagery. A custom illustrated hand became a central symbol for care, guidance, touch, and the idea of healing held within the hands. It created a connection between the physical and spiritual sides of the brand without suggesting that palm reading was one of Melinda’s services. Snake imagery, including the ouroboros, introduced ideas of renewal, rebirth, cycles, and shedding an earlier version of yourself. Custom botanical and herb illustrations connected the identity to the holistic practices and natural references already present in Melinda’s work. Expressive typography brought femininity and personality to the identity, while highly legible supporting type kept the system practical across the website, products, and service information.
After the strategy and visual identity were established, Jaia Studio designed and built a completely new Wix website of approximately 12 pages. The largest UX challenge was organizing a broad collection of services and products without making the website feel overwhelming. The structure gave visitors distinct routes into movement services, intuitive and spiritual offerings, events, digital products, and physical products. The website brought booking, virtual appointments, payments, ecommerce, events, digital products, and email capture into one connected system. Instead of relying on messages and manual explanations, Melinda gained one professional destination where people could understand the work and take the appropriate next step.

The completed brand and website gave Melinda a clearer way to explain what Soul Space Yoga is, who it supports, and where each person should begin. Clients can now explore movement services, book virtual appointments, discover events, purchase physical and digital products, and engage with Melinda’s spiritual offerings through one connected experience. The Wix system also reduced the administrative work involved in answering questions, coordinating bookings, and directing people toward the right service. Soul Space Yoga remains active today, and Melinda has successfully made this work her full-time focus.
