The founder continued growing the business, attracting clients, launching branded merchandise, and building recognition as both a trainer and bodybuilder.

Forge Fit is a personal training brand founded by Aleesha, a bodybuilder and certified trainer in Kitchener, Ontario. The project helped her move from a personal fitness influencer identity into a public facing personal training business with long term brand potential.
The naming and visual aesthetic of the original brand did not fully align with her long term goals or speak clearly to ideal clients. Online presence highlighted bodybuilding, while personal training, fitness planning, and nutrition coaching were harder to see. The brand needed to hold both sides with strength and credibility.

Jaia renamed AMF Fitness to Forge Fit to reflect physical and mental strength, the act of building something lasting. The identity leaned into forging strength and momentum, inspired by gears, movement, and personal transformation, with a stamp using Roman numerals I and V as time and movement cues.

The complete package included logos, typography, patterns, and merchandise ready assets designed to help Aleesha show up as a confident, credible trainer across social media, apparel, and marketing materials.
