Inhalo now has one clear structure for the movement community it serves today and the wider wellness practice its founder is building next.

The founder had spent more than twenty years teaching dance, Pilates, barre, and fitness. Her work was expanding into breathwork, intentional cold exposure, intuitive guidance, workshops, retreats, and workplace wellness, but the business did not yet have one structure capable of holding it all.
The central risk was fragmentation. Fitness classes could feel separate from breathwork and the more reflective side of the founder’s practice. The brand needed to balance strength with softness, movement with stillness, and the physical with the spiritual without losing the community that already trusted her.
These three pillars became the structure for every current and future offer. The name was refined from Inhalo Movement to Inhalo so the business would not be limited to classes alone. The supporting line, Move. Breathe. Connect., kept the purpose immediately understandable.
Deep charcoal, black, mauve, lavender, and soft neutrals created a moody but grounded palette. A panther symbol represented intuition, protection, confidence, and strength without force. The wordmark pairs with that panther, while a twin-panther mark and open-palm mark give the brand two poles of energy and presence.

Three pinned Instagram carousels explained the services, introduced the founder, and gave new clients a clear place to begin. Canva templates, story highlights, profile graphics, launch messaging, and a coordinated 12:12 rollout turned the identity into a usable marketing system.
