An early idea became a complete brand system and launch direction ready to grow from local classes into international retreats.

Tide And Wave began as a vague but exciting idea: bring together Pilates, travel, and a more expansive kind of movement experience. At the start there was no fully defined offer or business name, only a strong instinct that the business could become something meaningful.
The biggest challenge was that Tide And Wave did not begin with a clear offer. There was no fully defined business model, no finalized services, and no exact structure for how the brand would first come to life. What did exist was a founder with a long term dream of building toward international retreats.

Jaia started with strategy planning, business direction, early offer shaping, and a roadmap the founder could grow with. Only then did the studio develop the full brand system so the visuals could carry both present classes and the larger retreat story.

The final result was a brand built not only to look strong at launch, but to carry a bigger story forward, from local beginnings to the first international retreat announcement.
