Fetter Fitness had changed, but its website was still describing an earlier version of the business.
What began as a single trainer brand had grown into a private gym with three distinct revenue paths:
- memberships
- trainer rentals
- content bookings
The website needed to make that growth visible. More importantly, it needed to help each visitor understand where they belonged and what to do next.
The problem was not a lack of services
Fetter Fitness already had strong offers. The issue was that the website did not clearly separate them.
A potential member, an independent trainer looking for space, and a creator wanting to book the gym all arrived with different questions. When every path competed for attention, the business was harder to understand than it needed to be.
Rebuild the website around how people choose
Jaia Studio restructured the site around the three reasons people came to Fetter Fitness.
The project included:
- website strategy
- brand expansion
- user experience and interface design
- website copywriting
- website development
- custom photography
Each audience received a clearer route through the site, while the expanded visual system and photography made the gym feel consistent across every page.
