This note explains how Jaia Studio handles information shared through the project inquiry form.
The fields we collect depend on the reason you are contacting Jaia. A general message asks for your name, email, and note. A service inquiry may also ask for your business name, website or social URL, business stage, project context, timeline, and how you heard about Jaia. We never ask for more than the selected path needs.
We use this information to review your message or inquiry, reply within 48 hours, and keep a clear record of the conversation. We do not sell your information.
Inquiry details are sent by email to Jaia Studio through our email provider. A short confirmation may also be sent to the address you provide after delivery succeeds.
We keep inquiry correspondence as long as needed to respond and manage ongoing project conversations, then remove it when it is no longer useful.
Questions about this note or your inquiry data can be sent to jen@jaiastudio.com.
