The fields we collect depend on the reason you are contacting Jaia. A general message asks for your name, email, and note. A project inquiry may also ask for your business name, website or social URL, business stage, project context, timeline, and how you heard about Jaia. An AI Design Systems inquiry asks about the work you want to explore, current use of Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, and whether a workshop, brand system, or implementation is the better starting point. We never ask for patient information, confidential files, or regulated data.
We use this information to review your message or inquiry, reply within 48 hours, and keep a clear record of the conversation. We do not sell your information.
Inquiry details are sent by email to Jaia Studio through our email provider. A short confirmation may also be sent to the address you provide after delivery succeeds.
We keep inquiry correspondence as long as needed to respond and manage ongoing project conversations, then remove it when it is no longer useful.
